Data collected

The quick contact form collects your name, email or phone number, message, together with the language and page from which the enquiry is sent. When the home page is opened, your IP address is sent to the geojs.io service to determine your country and direct you to the site in your language. Only the country is used; neither the IP address nor the result is retained, and no tracker is set in the process.

Purposes

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up the commercial relationship.

Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent when submitting the form and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Recipients

Data is accessible to the ⁨[RAISON SOCIALE À COMPLÉTER]⁩ team and its technical processors: ⁨Supabase⁩ for the database and ⁨Hostinger International Ltd⁩ for website hosting. It is never sold or transferred.

Transfers outside the European Union

The database is hosted in the ⁨[RÉGION DU PROJET SUPABASE — ex. eu-central-1]⁩ region. Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The IP geolocation described above is operated by geojs.io, whose servers are located in the United States: the IP address is sent there for the duration of the request only and is not retained.

Retention period

Your rights
