Purpose
These terms govern the marriage proposal planning services offered by [RAISON SOCIALE À COMPLÉTER], to the exclusion of any other conditions.
Services
The agency designs and coordinates bespoke settings: location scouting, staging, decoration, suppliers and on-the-day support. Details are set out in the quotation.
Quotation and order
Every service is subject to a personalised quotation, valid for [VALIDITÉ DU DEVIS — ex. 30 jours]. The order becomes firm once the quotation is dated, signed and accompanied by the deposit.
Prices
No prices are displayed on the website: as each project is unique, prices are set in the quotation, in euros and inclusive of tax. They cover only the services listed therein.
Payment
A deposit of [ACOMPTE — ex. 30 %] is paid on ordering, with the balance due [ÉCHÉANCE DU SOLDE — ex. 7 jours avant la prestation]. Accepted methods: [MOYENS DE PAIEMENT ACCEPTÉS]. Late payment incurs statutory penalties.
Cancellation and postponement
[CONDITIONS D’ANNULATION À DÉFINIR]. Should the agency cancel, all sums paid are refunded in full, to the exclusion of any further compensation.
Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or for a specific period. Clients are informed of this before entering into the contract.
Complaints and mediation

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
